Your referrals have been a big part of our success and have helped us to spread the word about what we do and how we do it. Now we'd like to reward you for your help.

How It Works

Simply download and print the referral card and fill in your information. Then have your party complete the referral card and present it to us during their first meeting with a Bedrock associate. If the party you referred signs a purchase agreement within six months of the registration date, upon their closing, $1,000 will be sent to you to thank you for your referral. It's just that easy.

• For your 1st referral, you will receive $1,000 upon their closing.
• For your 2nd referral, you will receive $1,500 upon their closing.
• And for your 3rd and subsequent referrals, you will receive $2,000 each upon their closing.

Who Is Eligible?

In order to qualify for the Referral Program, you must be currently living in or waiting to close on a Bedrock Builders home.
