We understand that your time is valuable so our program is very simple. No longer do you have to wait until the building process is complete, we pay selling agents a 3% commission in full early in the process as soon as the foundation is complete. We take care of building process so you can concentrate on building your referral base.

    We have several floor plans available, each with multiple elevations and layouts, to give your clients the chance to build a new home that will meet their specific needs. We can also work together with a draftsman to create a completely new, custom plan.

  7. Our service keeps our customers happy after the sale. 
    With our scheduled Service Warranty Program, your clients receive warranty service ninety days and twelve months after the sale in addition to emergency service, if it should ever be needed.

How It Works
Simply download and print the client registration card and fill out your, and your client’s information. Then present it to us when you accompany your client during their first meeting with a Bedrock associate.

After we receive your client registration card, your client will be registered with us for six months. If needed, a client’s registration may be renewed after the initial six month period.


Who Is Eligible?
In order to register a client, you must have an active realtor’s license.
